You acknowledge that any violation of these Terms constitutes an unlawful and unfair business practice that may cause irreparable harm to UrbanPetGuide. You agree that monetary damages may be insufficient to remedy such harm, and you consent to our right to seek injunctive or equitable relief as we deem necessary, in addition to any other legal remedies available.

14.2 If UrbanPetGuide takes legal action against you due to your violation of these Terms, you agree to pay all reasonable legal fees, costs, and expenses associated with that action, in addition to any other remedies awarded. You also agree that UrbanPetGuide will not be liable to you or any third party for terminating your access to the website or Services as a result of a violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the country where UrbanPetGuide is headquartered. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If no resolution is reached, disputes may be submitted to arbitration or to the competent courts of the country where the Company is based.
